PATRICK BROWN
CEO

Patrick first Started in the Debt Settlement industry back in 2005 disputing credit reporting agencies and was able to discharge millions in debt for consumers and or make settlements for pennies on the dollar. As his industry experience increased, he made contacts throughout the U.S. with top law firms to help litigate against these credit card companies.

During the Housing Crisis of 2006 through 2012, he headed up several Law Firms that dealt in foreclosure defense and through direct involvement, he was able to Modify, Reduce Monthly Payments, Lower Interest Rates, and in some events get a Principal Reduction for qualify borrowers through (HAMP) Home Affordable Modification Program through the U.S. Department of Treasury. Patrick was able to keep people in their homes for many years without them losing it to foreclosure and in most cases allow them to keep their homes at a 2% interest rate with late payments placed on the back of the loan.

In 2015 the New York Law Firm that handled his New York Foreclosure Defense cases started seeing a trend with people calling seeking assistance from Merchant Cash Advance Lenders. These lenders sell money as loans but call them factoring agreements, to avoid Usury Laws. They charge on average 50% interest to be paid back within 60 days, taking advantage of small business owners. That type of lending started up as a small business but developed into a Multi-Billion Dollar industry that is still running strong without any regulations attached to it. For that simple reason Patrick began defending business owners against all litigation and have successfully settled millions of dollars to help those businesses thrive instead of closing their doors.

Patrick formed Corporate Debt Experts, to continue helping in all aspects of Debt including credit card debt, business credit card debt, small business loans, merchant cash advance loans, or foreclosure defense he has devoted his life helping people become debt free.
